Rotex Bangladesh Ltd.
Triangle Engineers Ltd. provided architecture, structural, MEP, and green building (LEED) consultancy for Rotex Bangladesh Ltd., delivering a sustainable and efficient design for the project. Our scope included master plan development, building orientation, and layout optimization, along with the detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
As part of our green building and LEED certification process, we conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and prepared documentation for approval from the Department of Environment of Bangladesh. Our team integrated renewable energy solutions, optimized material resources and usage, and implemented a waste management plan to enhance sustainability. Special attention was given to ventilation and indoor air quality for a healthier work environment. Ensuring fire safety, we designed and secured approval for fire protection systems from the Fire Service and Civil Defense. Additional engineering solutions included hydroelectricity production planning, pyrolysis plant design, and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) design to support environmental compliance. Our role also extended to construction management, supervision, safety meetings, technical coordination, and decision-making support for project stakeholders. With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, our expertise helped shape Rotex Bangladesh Ltd. into a high-performing, environmentally responsible industrial facility, reinforcing our commitment to cutting-edge engineering solutions.
