  • System Requirements & Pump Selection: We begin by analyzing your specific process needs for flow rate (e.g., GPM, m³/hr) and required pressure. Based on this data, we select the most suitable pump type (e.g., centrifugal, submersible, positive displacement) for the application.
  • Total Dynamic Head (TDH) Calculation: Our engineers perform precise calculations of the total dynamic head, accounting for all critical factors including static elevation height, friction losses within the entire piping network, and the required residual pressure at the point of delivery.
  • Power & Efficiency Optimization: We execute detailed pump power calculations to determine the required motor size (HP/kW) and work with you to select the appropriate power source, ensuring the system operates at its Best Efficiency Point (BEP).
  • Performance & Control System Design: We conduct in-depth analysis of pump performance curves to predict operational behavior. Based on this, we design the optimal operation logic and control mechanism, from simple on/off systems to complex variable frequency drive (VFD) controls.
