Challenges:
The project required a fully integrated fire safety and MEP solution, coordinated across multiple stakeholders, including the architectural and construction teams, to ensure compliance, functionality, and design harmony.

Solutions:
Triangle Engineers Ltd., in collaboration with its sister concern Axis Safety Ltd., delivered comprehensive & Complete Fire safety solution and MEP design services. The scope included the Fire Detection & Alarm System, Fire Pump and Hydrant System, Fire Extinguishers, and Emergency, Fog, and Exit Lighting. The Mechanical and Plumbing system design, drawing was supervised by Engr. Shahjahan Alam (BUET), while the Electrical system was designed and supervised by Engr. Rafiqul Islam (BUET). The architectural concept was developed with Volume Zero, while execution was managed by Space Zero. Our team ensured smooth integration of systems, effective coordination across disciplines, and full regulatory compliance throughout the project.
